OUR SHEDS CAN FITTED OUT AS A LIVEABLE SHED, SHED HOUSE, GRANNY FLAT OR  GAMES ROOM.

With the current housing shortages people start to look at alternative buildings. Our shed structures are engineered to meet the requirements for a Class 1a building.

As our shed structure is made from structural steel, like welded trusses, SHS columns and bolted on purlins you can attach wall frames to our structure. With a C-section shed this is most often not possible as they need to be able to flex (up to 20mm).

Our sheds have been used to fit out as granny flat, shed houses or tiny homes. they also have been fitted out as a games room (often can be done keeping it as a shed). 

Although we do not do the internal fitout  we have contacts with builders who can do this for you. We also have the trades should you wish to do this all as an owner builder.

 

There is a lot more paperwork involved with a class 1a building and we have contact with a company called Complete Approvals who can take care of all that for you. Things like architectural drawings, site classifications, BAL rating, energy efficiency certificates, engineering for concrete and internal stud walls etc.
